Delivery Policy

A delivery fee from $ 5.99 to $ 36.99 will be added to each order based on the delivery zip code, for each address. We deliver up to 55 miles from zip code 76063.

We do not provide same-day delivery orders. We will deliver the next day (if there is availability), if the order is placed between 9 am to 5 pm Monday- Friday.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of the day, but we cannot guarantee on time delivery. We may call the recipient to schedule delivery to avoid misplacing the flowers or leaving them in an unsafe place. For a business delivery please make sure that the company accepts deliveries and provide us with the business hours of the company. Also, if the delivery is to a hospital please make sure the recipient is still in the hospital before scheduling the delivery and to fill out all of the information completely on the delivery details in order to ensure correct delivery.
Divin le Bouquet can deliver on Saturday between 12:00 pm and 4:00pm. Orders placed on Saturday will be delivered the following business day. We do not deliver on Sundays.

Sales Tax Information

Every electronic order you place with us will be charged a sales tax of 8.25%, applied to the amount of the order. This tax rate is based upon Texas sales tax rate and will be charged for any orders within the state of Texas.

Pay pal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Network, American Express.

Return and Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order with Divin le Bouquet please contact us (no later than 24 hours after you receive the flowers) at 214-404-4814. We do not issue refunds, but we will happy to offer a variety of alternatives including redelivery of the same order, or a completely new design. Please note that we will only issue as much credit as the original order, so if you choose a larger design or order, the credit will be applied towards the new order and the difference will be due. Feel free to discuss options with us. We want you to feel fully satisfied with your experience and will do everything we can to ensure that your experience with Divin Le Bouquet is a positive one. Customer Service is our number one priority and every customer is our most important customer.

Order Changes

Please be advised that we are unable to cancel or change any orders already delivered or presently in route to delivery. If you find it necessary to cancel or change delivery dates or addresses for any other orders, simply contact us during business hours within 24 hours of the date that you place up the order at 214-404-4814 or email to us to giovanna@lebouquet.org.

Substitution Policy

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In arrangements with all rose bouquet, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color. Please acknowledge that roses are not naturally perfect in appearance when we order from our vendors. The roses may come in different head sizes, may be a little bent or tilted and the color maybe lighter or darker within the bouquet. For this reason it is difficult to create a perfectly symmetrical arrangement with exact dimensions. However we strive to create the design as impeccable as we possibly can. Please acknowledge that roses and mix flowers bouquets last between 4 to 10 days.

If you open an account on our site or make a purchase, we need your contact information including your name, e-mail address and mailing address to complete your transaction.
